Yes, PM does work in the same manner with ESRS IP Client as it does with regular ESRS. PM can be installed on the same server and linked to ESRS through the ESRS IP Config Tool.

as a EMC partner can i download policy manager software somewhere on powerlink?
i want it to install on same server where now ESRS ip Client active is.

i have access to this site and can download EMC Policy Manager zip file. Is this enough to install this on the ESRS machine to get policy manager active so i can block access to the systems that i'm monitoring and that customer must grand access for EMC support.

Correct. The ZIP file should have some PDFs included. I attached some other documents that may also be helpful.
