centralized and intigrated ESRS

With centralized esrs we mean a dedicated server/VM running the esrs client. Most devices can use this solution for support (dial in / call home).
Integrated esrs means the esrs client is "part of the device itself" (dedicated for the device itself). The esrs client is embedded in the device operating environment or a dedicated vm with an esrs client is part of this device.
