Activity tracking IP 7.0.3

Does anyone know how to track operator actions in Smarts? I have a situation where devices in Smarts are disappearing in IP 7.0.3, but no one has deleted them. I would like to rule out operator error before I open a service request.

I know you can run debug commands with dmctl, but I can find no docs on the syntax. I know you can run the invoke, exec, or put commands on some debugging, but I don’t know how to specifically track device deletions.
