Discovery into Voyence NCM

I have a question regarding Ionix discoveries that flow into Voyence NCM though the integration adaptor.

The adaptor document states the following:

Devices that are in Smarts but not in VoyenceControl, are scheduled for discovery in VoyenceControl.

I have a question regarding this statement. Say that I have discovered 10 devices in SMARTS. One of these devices does not have the same community string as the other 9 devices, so gets put to the pending list in SMARTS. (as the device is pingable, but does not respond to SNMP)

Is that device (in the pending list) still pushed though the integration adaptor into Voyence NMC so that a SNMP credential change could be done in Voyence to make the SMARTS discovery work?
