Global Console on Ubuntu?

Hi,

Does anyone know whether it is possible to run Global Console on Ubuntu (Edgy). The installation process runs fine, but attempts to run sm_gui core dumps with Unsupported OS, MISC Error 1.

All you need to to do is to set the SM_IGNORE_OS_VERSION env variable to TRUE in your runcmd_env.sh file, and it should all run fine..

I am going to make a wild guess that the failure is because it is not RedHat. Some of the Domains will not run on an operating system that they are not supported on. ACM 2.1 will not run on RedHat 4.0. I know because I tested this.
