Watch4net - Import/Export "My Reports" Templates

Hi, when trying to import custom report templates using Internet Explorer, I'm getting the following error:

Content-Type not allowed:tree "Test Template.xml"

"upload_0d864553_2cb8_4712_af1e_3da50dcbb0a2_00000090.tmp" text/plain

Affecting a few users only, profiles checked on other machines OK, so looks to be a issue on the local PC with IE.

All our PC's are meant to be a standard build so seems strange to only affect a few users.

Anybody else seen this error?

Many thanks,

John

John,

Thank you for contacting Dell EMC Community Support.

That does seem a little odd, let me do some research and I'll provide an update on Monday.

Hello,

Thank you for contacting DELL EMC Community Support. It is really strange that you are only seeing this issue with a few users. Have you tried using another browser besides IE? The catalina logs on the tomcat might have more information as to why this might be happening. Best thing would be to do is open a service request with us so we can test out the template in our lab and try and determine the root cause for this. You are more than welcome to contact me through email: mirza.hassan@dell.com

I look forward to working with you.

Regards,
