Dell Display and Peripheral Manager for Mac OS broken

I installed the latest version DDPMv1.0.2.0019 for my new Dell Webcam WB7022. Although the installation process went through smoothly the app does not run on my Mac Book Pro M1. Does anybody know how to solve this?
