Is mobile application running on computer?

Hi everybody.
My work involves mobile apps. The phone's screen is too small for a near-sighted person like me.
I want them to work on the computer if it's possible. I am using Dell vostro 15 3000. Someone please help me with this.

Some of the apps I looked for  are great. But I can't transfer it to my computer yet. Is there any software that will help me do this?
