Does anyone have any "Best Practices" or issues they can share with respect to rolling out SourceOne Archiving and eDiscovery?
Hello:
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts is in the process of rolling out EMC SourceOne to general and legal users within the state community. Can anyone share tips, best practices, problems encountered etc., with your rollout of EMC SourceOne?

Your implementation consultant should be able to point out Best Practices for your specific engagement.
There aren’t any specifics written down in a Best Practices document but they are all throughout the product documentation and an experienced SourceOne consultant should be able to walk you through those.
On my implementations that is typically part of the product walkthrough and knowledge transfer specific to that implementation at or near the end of the project.
