Runtime Error ExAsIdxObj.exe

Hello.  We are very often getting the errors shown in the screenshot.  I am not sure what changed to start this but it happens multiple times a day.  Does anyone have any ideas of where to start troubleshooting this?  I have attached screenshots of the error.

Hello Aczerlinsk,

The Runtime error, may be caused by a damaged or corrupt Microsoft .Net install.  I would recommend, a full repair of each Native Archive component.  Additionally, please check that you don't have Antivirus scanning the SourceOne directories.

In order to do a repair, please stop all Policies in the SourceOne console, and then monitor the Index Drive > Dropdir directory to clear out, other than the DropDir.lock file.

Stop all SourceOne services on the Native Archive server, then open add/remove programs > repair each compoent, along with the Microsoft .net.

I hope this helps.

Thanks,

Brad
