What version of Source One uses Outlook 2010?

Hello,

I have a SourceOne system (version: 6.8.0.4127) that I need to add a worker server to.  The problem I am running into is that my current worker servers are using Outlook 2007, and I can't get ahold of a 2007 code.  But we probably need to move forward, so if anyone can tell me what version I need to run Outlook 2010 or Outlook 2013 (if available), I would appreciate it.

Hi Rodlab,

This is a section taken from the SourceOne Compatibility Guide:

Microsoft Office Outlook 2010 SP1 (32-bit) with cache mode disabled can

also be used with EMC SourceOne Email Management 6.8 SP1, SP2,

SP3, and SP4 worker servers.

Because you are using version version: 6.8.0.4127, and in order to have Outlook 2010, you would first need to upgrade to a newer version.

Here are the links to the upgrade guides, to go to 6.8 SP4 or 7.0 SP2:

Hope this helps!

Cheers,

Brad

Does the current version handle 2013?  If so, what is the current version?

Thanks,

J
