Hard Drive Tech Support

After several e-mails to Tech Support about hard drive errors they decided to send me a new hard drive for my 600m.
What I received was a box with a Blade Adapter. NO HARD DRIVE!!
What kind of idiots do they have working for them???
 
My warranty expires in October. I am begining to think they are trying to prolong it so they do not have to honor it.
 
Might just be the LAST thing I ever buy from Dell.

ToymanMN,

A mistake was made, for that I am sorry. We try hard to avoid them, but they do occur. Please contact Technical Support with your Case number, Service Reference number, or your Service Tag number. They will get the hard drive on its way to you.
