On the regular desktop screen, click the folder icon on the lower left. That's Windows Explorer. Along the left side you'll see your hard drive and DVD, if present. Right click the DVD drive and select Eject.
Some newer laptops do not include a DVD drive. I can't know whether you have one or not without the model number of your laptop.
