i think i got a bad email or something.  I have the mcafee thing that came with this notebook.  I must have downloaded something wrong but i keep getting its annoying pop up every three seconds saying that something called "services.exe" is requesting internet access.  It just won't stop bothering me.  I don't know what the program is i am very confused.

 

is anyone familiar with what i am dealing with?

does anyone know if i should ask a different forum?
