After Window Installation Sata Drive is not showing

Dear All, I just bought Dell G3 15 with two primary drives, 256 SSD which is basically booting drive and 1TB HDD, which will be use as a back. I wanted to install a fresh window, so I installed it through USB, first of all it was really tough for me to change the boot options, there was no clue of how to boot from USB. anyways I tried alot and succeeded, might be during this I tempered with bios settings, now window has been installed succesfully. and the problem now is that 1TB HDD cant be seen in This PC, if I go through disk management, it shows there, i have formate it there but still its not showing on This PC. I will be really thankful if someone could guide me.
