Cisco 9124/9216i snmpd stateful crash since monitoring with SRM 3.X

We have recently gone live (about 2 months) with SRM and have started receiving "SW_CRASH snmpd in slot 1 crashed with crash type : stateful crash" errors on a regular basis.  Has anyone else seen this and found a solution?  Thanks.

Hi,

If you have not opened an SR already with support for this issue please do.

From the host where the Generic-SNMP collector for the problem Cisco switches is installed run the diagnostic script

(/opt/APG/bin/diagnostic.sh) and attach the outputs supplied to the SR

From one of the Cisco switches where the smnpd crashes attach the Show TechSupport to the SR

Regards

Conor
