Dell PowerVault MD1200 is in a "Fault State"

Hello,

We switched out our work station and the dell is PowerVault MD1200 is in a "Fault State"  We are a small company and we do not have an IT guy.  The storage seems to be working properly.  We can read and write to it no problems.  What does "Fault State" mean and how do I fix this?

The Fault state is most likely a hardware issue. You may wish to contact Dell support directly  and open a ticket to have them look into the issue.
