I have loaded some Customised reports and want to have them emailed
I have installed two customised reports into Storagescope and want these to run on the first of each month, and also to be emailed to a distribution list.
I can run the reports manually but cannot seem to automate these or find reference to the ability to email them out?

Make sure that at a minimum you are at UB5 or it will not work. You need to go into the query and select output for e-mail and file type you want e-mailed. On your StorageSope server, go to \ECC\Tomcat\webapps\srm\conf and edit the stsapplication.properties file. You need to put your active smtp servername and a valid e-mail address as follows:
# Host info from which email notification will be sent
SMTPHost=smtp.xxxxx.com
# From address for all email notifications. The syntax should be
# in valid email for example: format fromAddress@domainname.com
SMTPFromAddress=xxxxxxxx@xxxxx.com
Next go to Analysis>>>Queries>>>Scheduled Query Jobs and create the schedule you want the job to run at.

This worked for me in ECC 6.1 UB9. I just had to restart the “EMC ControlCenter Web Server” service (Tomcat) after modifying the above file.
