Password rules for ECC

Does the ECC have any hardened password requirements like minimum number of characters, type of characters, time before expiring, password re-use? I am putting together a document and would like to include this type of information if its out there.

ECC does not manage passwords. User accounts are added to ECC either from the available set of Windows users that can be authenticated on the host running the ECC server or via an LDAP directory. Windows authentication is far more popular. Consequently, the policies regarding minimum number of characters, time before expiring, etc, would be managed by either Windows or the LDAP directory.
