Storage Scope

Hello,

Service Level Luns scan is not working properly. Its failing all the times. Not sure why .. Because of this may be my report for Thin pools is not yeilding any data.

Any idea what does this scan does and any checkpoints on this ...

Can you please give more detail of the failling? Does the lun scan totally failed and you see errors? Or does lun scan succeed but luns are tagged with wrong service level? What ECC61 UB version do you have?

Hello Sarah,

Yes the Lun scan is totally failing . Its schduled to run but its failing .Even running manual one also failing. Service levels seems to be  fine.

Do you see error or failed in service level lun scan status column? Sorry, I am confused about "Service levels seems to be fine", as service level data is from lun scan. If you see error in lun scan status, please open a case.
