Numerical -find ports available

how to solve this question ?

Seventeen switches, with 16 ports each, are connected in a mesh topology.
How many ports are available for host and storage connectivity if you
create a high-availability solution ?

You solve this problem by understanding that in a full mesh fabric, every switch is directly connected via ISL to every other switch in the fabric.  So in this case switch 1 would be directly connected to switch 2, switch 3, switch 4, all the way up through switch 17.  Switch 2 would be connected to switch 1, switch 3, switch 4, all the way through switch 17. Etc.

So the question is asking you, after you have implemented the full mesh via ISLs, how many ports remain for hosts and storage?

Can you provide a little context for this question? Which course are you working on? And how are you currently trying to solve the problem?
