SA-0005 - unable to add the device

We are getting the following message daily from one of our servers:

SA-0005: SupportAssist Enterprise is unable to add the device HVSQLServer.ruppseeds.com because an attempt to connect to the device is unsuccessful

I have contacted Dell before on this and they said we needed to reset the two ribbon cables to the front LED panel and the power button. I did that over the weekend and the issue persists.
