SupportAssist Enterprise 2.0.80.25 - Fails to upgrade to Secure Connect Gateway Version 5.0.0

Hi, I have recently updated successively the SupportAssist Enterprise to version 2.0.80.25, but still getting prompts to upgrade to Upgrade to the Secure Connect Gateway Version 5.0.0 as the SupportAssist will no longer be supported after April 2022, but it fails every time.

Checked the following as per article: https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-uk/000183466/upgrading-to-secure-connect-gateway

..but still no luck

•If the upgrade fails, you are automatically logged out of SupportAssist Enterprise. When you log in again, a message is displayed stating that the upgrade was unsuccessful. You can try to upgrade later or contact Dell technical support. The upgrade fails when one of the following information is not migrated: ◦Device information, such as IP address, hostname, and optional name
◦Credential accounts
◦Credential profiles
◦Device groups
