Can't register or use supportassist, can't find service tag
Hi,
Trying to use SupportAssist and several other features on the Dell support page. Apparently my service tag can't be found/ recognized. I have it on the sticker on the back of the machine though. Please help.

Does dell support recognize your machine ?

It automatically recognizes (or picks up) the service tag. Then gives the error “There is no match for that service tag or product ID”

If its a brand new machine than it can take up to 72 hours for your service tag to register in their system. Had this issue once.
For an older Tag you should contact support and ask them to fix it in their system

Reinstalling SA, Fusion Service, and AWCC fixed the issue?
