Dell Support Assist latest version not working
I tried the software. It fails to install BIOS update for my PC after several hours of waiting and several attempts . It stays on loading status forever and when i cancel the install update it stays on cancelling forever .
Very disappointing compared to similar software by Lenovo etc

Intel Chipset Device Software Driver 10.1.1.44 (Recommended)

Edit: I see my reply was to an old post! This is SA 3.2 on Dell XPS 13 9360.

Dell SupportAssist does seem to be disappointingly problematic.
Manually running Del Update has updated my BIOS to 2.11 and ... Intel Management Engine ... firmware?
Will probably run Dell Update in future.
No idea what the difference is between Dell Update and Dell SupportAssist in terms of driver and other updates?
