Dell Update app
- My dell update app is buffering at 10%. I just checked for update and on installation the app keeps showing buffering at 10%. Due to this on going operation i can't open support assist and operate-diagnosis
Please help.

Any update on this? I have exactly the same issue on my XPS17 9700. The Dell SupportAssist app seems to run everything ok, but this app just hangs here indefinitely

This post managed to get this working for me:

In short - uninstall Dell Update entries from windows "Add or remove programs", restart, redownload from dell support portal and install.
