Hardware Failure, Camera.
My camera is no working, so I did a scan using the SupportAssit to my camera. The log of this scan is the following:
Camera - Failed
Error code list
- Luminance Depth Test - WWC08-5EI
- RGB Channel Test - WWC05-O36
- RGB Color Depth Test - WWC07-WYA
- RGB Line Amplifier Test - WWC06-I41
- RGB Line Driver Test - WWC04-Y1G
- RGB Pixel Test - WWC03-1OH.
What should I do next? Is there any hope to fix my camera? I've already followed various indications(for example, reinstalling the drivers of the camera and restarting my pc) to fix the problems but none have worked.
Greetings and many thanks!

My camera worked when I first set up the computer then died shortly thereafter. After numerous complaints and different management levels, Dell sent a technician out to replace the mother board, hard drive, fan and camera and I had to go through the process all over again. It has been a week and so far so good. My only issue is the blue square around the face when the camera is on. If anyone knows how to fix the settings to get rid of this, please advise.

I have the same problem on my Dell. Have you been able to resolve this issue of having a square around the face and the camera getting stuck after a few frames?
