Nobody can help unless you post the exact PC model, version of Windows and the name of the driver you're trying to update.

And we can't see any images you post on this forum. Only you can see your images. It's an issue with this new forum platform and Dell will be working on it...

Are you logged into an account with Administrator privileges?

The last Dell WiFi 1506 driver (v.10.0.0.318) for Win 10 on the 660 is from 2015. So it's odd that SupportAssist would suddenly be offering that driver to you now. That's the only WiFi driver version Dell ever offered for 1506 WiFi.

What version of WiFi driver is installed now?  If you already have that same version, attempts to install it again would probably "fail". The other possibility is Win 10 automatically installed a newer driver which would have a different version number, especially if you just installed Win 10 Spring update (build 1803). So it's possible SA sees the Dell driver on their site and it's different from the one you might have gotten via Win 10, so SA suddenly thinks you need to install the old Dell driver.

If WiFi and all your other PC's functions are working correctly now, I would just ignore any update messages from SA. And if the reminders from SA are bugging you, you can always either uninstall SA from the PC or disable it off so it doesn't automatically load every time you boot up.
