Problem Deploying SupportAssist
Hello,
I am deploying SupportAssist from the deployment tool in TechDirect. After configuration, I download the exe file which then gives me options, so I chose MSI + MST. I successfully deployed these files via Microsoft Intune and SupportAssist installs on my machines with no obvious problems.
When I go to TechDirect, no assets are listed under alerts and I have no way to monitor anything.
Is something configured incorrectly? Does it take time for the machines to pop up on Techdirect?

Please. I've watched videos and read through all materials and I can't figure out why my systems are not registering. I have a combination of XPS27 and XPS13-9360 machines all on W10.
Can someone please help me?
