SA, memory change error
Customers using the Alienware or Inspiron systems may see a SA (Support Assist) error after powering on the system stating, "Memory Amount has changed". This error may occur every power on or reboot even though no changes have been made to the system. There is no problem with the system or memory, this is a false error. Some customers have reported going into BIOS and clearing the BIOS event logs, then restoring defaults in BIOS have prevented the error from occurring again. This may not work for all customers. I would simply ignore the error. If you cannot, uninstall SA. Then reinstall SA when version 3.9 is released in March 2021.
