SARemediation Backup File

I have encountered a problem installing software on my OS drive (120GB) because SARemediation Backup files are populating nearly 20% of the storage space available. Can I delete some or all of this backup files?

    Once you delete the program you should be able to just delete the files manually, unless they are protected.
