Despite your "Service plan" has expired, the applications of Dell continue to work! These apps gather information from your computer, connect to the Dell servers and if there is a newer driver for any component - you will be informed, and able to install it.
If the very program does not run the tests like expected, uninstall it, and install a new copy.
