Unable to delete dell Support Assistant
I was having trouble with Dell Support Assist so I tried to uninstall it but am unable. I get Error 1721: A program required for this uninstall to complete could not be run. Since I can't uninstall it, I can't install another one as it's telling me that it's already installed. So I can't get anywhere. It won't run, it won't uninstall and it won't install.

Yeah, I had to uninstall it also.
It un-installed successfully for me. I think it's gone now.

Maybe try an overlay/upgrade/install, reboot, and then see if it will uninstall cleanly.
