Error to install a update of the video drive
I have problems to install the update drive of video.
On the dell site, it's recommended update, but when i down the file, it's wrong and show this log of error:

What i can do to resolve that? :/

Hi caiocosta,
Can you tell me is this issue happening from Dell SupportAssist application or through Dell Site?
if it's through Dell SupportAssist then we can try to solve this issue and in case this issue is happening through Dell Site then you have posted your query to the wrong forum this forum is only for Dell SupportAssist application.
