I am unable to add OME Essential Adapter it is giving error as below. My Server is a part of our domain and I installed OME and Support Assist with user with Admin privilages. I tried using Local Administrator credential, my user name (Admin privilages), and try adding user in SupportAssistAdmin and SupportAssistUser group as well. Please help.

SupportAssist is unable to add the adapter 172.x.x.x because the Management Group credentials are incorrect.
Enter the correct Management Group credentials and retry.

Hey there,
Got the same problem. I think it's because the adapter is for open manage ENTERPRISE and not ESSENTIAL.
Open manage enterprise is at tech release stage (so not ready for production yet ?).
I m downloading the vmware version to try it atm. I'll tell you if integration works.

M'key, it works with open manage enterprise tech release.
The sync is OME -> SA, not other way nor dual way.
I must say that open manage enterprise is way more sexy than open manage essentials.
