SA, failing to install Intel 630 update

Inspiron 11-3147 is 64-bit.  Support Assist offered a W32 drvr

I suspect this is why it failed.  No log of the failure is offered.

Ater the Support Assistant failure, I located

DUP3016.tmp not deleted.  In use by another process  :FAILURE rc 2005

DUP4C6.tmp not deleted.  In Use by another process. exit code 1

Execute Payload

DUP46.tmp not deleted.  In use.  FAILURE .

can you share your system tag and screenshot after click on "more details" link in front of driver on SupportAssist window. This is just for confirmation about driver name and tag so we can solve this for your through our backend.

My computer has failed to install drivers at least 4 times from support assist and dell.com/support.

I also can not upload pictures right now, every time I try to upload them to this post I receive "resulted in the following error: Permission Denied"
