SA, refuses to start

Supportassist does not start when I click on the app icon. I've tried deleting previous installations and reinstalling but no joy. Any suggestions please?

I have the same problem.  However, there is a Command Prompt workaround in another thread from DELL-Joe B (Moderator) which worked for me:

Open a Command Prompt (Admin), and type:

1)   cd\

2)   cd C:\Program Files\Dell\SupportAssistAgent\bin

3)   SupportAssistUI.exe Launch

Hopefully this bug will be removed from version 3.2!

Hi cj46,

SupportAssist updated automatically to version 3.2.0.90 on my PC today, and I am glad to say that it now opens and runs normally from the Start Menu shortcut....
