Support Assist Not Responding

I went to Dell Connect, didn't know that it existed.  What I discovered that there is an updated driver that is required to be installed for the app to work.  I logged on to Dell Connect, downloaded the app, agreed to share my screen, in essence allowing access to my laptop and the agent Prasanna connected and went through the process of removing some files and reinstalling.
