SupportAssist 2.0.6875.668 stuck at 0%
Unable to run any of the optimizing tools. All tools are getting stuck at 0%. i tried uninstalling the agent and reinstall with no luck. I looked at other the forums and did the manual remove from folders and registry with no luck. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Running an Alienware Aurora R6. Thanks

Hi Mikedelu,
Have you tried contacting the Dell Tech Support for this issue? It becomes difficult to troubleshoot when the problem is not straight forward through forum. I would suggest you to contact Dell Tech Support.
