BCV Lib partial error during bcv sync & split
BCV lib error ..while the gold copy split on BCV between local and remote datacenters.
EMC recommended to upgrade the Solutions Enabler to 7.3.2, but still this error exists.

I just done a full establish on all the rdf device groups manually, issue resolved.

Where are you trying to run the commands from, If the gold copy is present in the Remote side are you running these commands from Symcli server on the remote side or from local side.
I remember seeing something similar once but don't remember exactly.

It could be due to failed disk, or failed script. Open a ticket with support and give them the debugs.
