Linux on Zseries and San Storage on a DMX

We are currently running about 30 Linux guests under Z/VM on a lpar on a Z9 Mainframe. We are connecting to FB devices on an IBM Shark via 4 FCP connections. We are migrating off of the Shark to the DMX and have zoned the Cisco 9509's to also see 4 Fibre Adapters on the DMX from the same Chipids on the Z9.

Is there a white paper or instructions on how to mask the gatekeepers and steps needed to create the luns and make them available to a linux guest on the Z/VM host? Anyone else out there doing this?
