Question about Maping y Masking

I have a DMX 4

I have a question

I have 2 servers

1 of them is connected to 2 Fas 3c0 and 14c0 its name is server1

1 of them is connected to 2 Fas 4a0 and 13a0 its name is server2

I need to assign 10 disk to server 1 but i need to assign the same disk to server 2

I have Veritas Volumen Manager and iam going to create a file system named backup i want to copy many files to this file System then iam going to deport this volumen group from server 1 and import the volumen group in server2

can i map and masking the same disk to different hosts and FAs.

is there any problem with that?

let me tell you, both server wont hace access to this file system at the same time.
