Shrinking a TDEV?
Can I shrink a TDEV (Enginuity 5875)?
Say it has 50 GB capacity and only 20 GB are used by Windows. I can reclaim the space. Then I would like to shrink it permanently to 30 GB since the RecoverPoint (fat) target devices requires the same size as the entire source and with many of those devices we run into a space problem.

Shrinking TDEV is not possible from VMAX. You can reclaim the unused space from tdev though but it wont trim the actual size of tdev but only the allocation size on the pool.
