This is the list of all supported Arrays with ORS. You can check you model number.

What is the model of your HDS? I know it can migrate data between HDS 9960 and Symm. and ORS can only be use to migrate the data between a Symm and XYZ array. But one side has to be Symmetrix which acts as a control.

Where do we get the details is it there in Elab Navigator, because I need to get the details for Clariion too.
