"No Yes" means the host is connected to the switch but not logged-in to the FA (most likely it's not zoned to the FA)

Yes Yes - means host is on the switch fabric and is zoned to the FA, No Yes means it's on the fabric but not logged-in to the FA.

But here the host zoned properly with correct FA port..But it still showing as "No" as shown in above..And if the the host not zoned with correct FA, will it show the host WWN in that FA port ?

is the host online? Is physical connectivity working ok ? If it's HPUX , run ioscan ..if it's AIX ..run cfgadm.

A few OS (notably HPUX and AIX that Dynamox already mentioned) have the bad habit to logoff from their targets as soon as they don't need to talk to the storage. That's why Dynamox suggested to run some IO-related commands (such as ioscan or cfgmgr) to "trigger" access to the storage (and eventually have the HBA logged into the storage).

if host side scan doesn't help, then you may be need to check symm FA port to switch link. A cable reseat may be required. And if cable reseating doesn't help, FA port offline/online may be needed.
I encountered same issue like below,
Director Identification : FA-8C
Director Port : 0
User-generated Logged On
Identifier Type Node Name Port Name FCID In Fabric
---------------- ----- --------------------------------- ------ ------ ------
10000000c9494cdc Fibre BEJPA_AIPS_B 10000000c9494cdc 630413 No Yes
10000000c9762e70 Fibre BEJPA_AIPS_B 10000000c9762e70 630a13 No No
I got confirmed host side HBA is working well (connected to 2 symm boxes and that path is good).
From Symmwin inline :"FC,NAME" on that processor 8C, it shows port 0
"Name Services not current for Local N_PORT 0 ..."
looks above is not correct status. If there is no HBA log in, it should be empty list like below
"Name Service Ports Registered via Local N_Port 0
End of list ..."
I suppose it's FA port link issue, and a cable reseat or even FA offline/online is needed. Not done the fix action yet since customer won't let us to touch it before weekend...

OP has one hba logged-in and the other not ..so that pretty much rules-out FA being the issue.
