create dev error
I'm creating a dev ,but encouting a error.
./symconfigure -sid 915 -cmd "create dev count=20, config=RAID-5, data_member_count=7, emulation=FBA, size=30GB, disk_group=3;" -noprompt commit

Sounds like you need to get with support, could be a hardware issue, or a hung script.

Do you have any hardware failure in the array? If yes that needs to be addressed first.
If no failure, try to re-submit the script again.

After re-submitting the script again are you facing the same issue? then would suggest you to log a case with EMC.
Is it DMX3 running with Enginuity: 5771/5772?

I found a failed disk,but the failed disk located at another diskgroup.
