symmetrix Cru+vmax3 & replacing a director
Hello all.
does anybody have a CRU docs on Symmetrix and vmax 3
a list of what can be replaceable by customers and a manual how to upgrade Enginuity ?
what are the steps in replacing a director and is it possible to do it without emc warranty ?

we don't have any customer replaceable parts in VMAX3 also Hypermax OS is upgraded by DELLEMC remote proactive or field personnel, all of this is done under maintenance agreement
