An instance of Symantec Installation Manager is already running
I'm trying to install the license for the Dell Management Console by Start > All Programs > Altiris > Symantec Installation Manager > Symantec Installation Manager. But when I do so, the following error message keeps popping up:
"An instance of Symantec Installation Manager is already running"
I can't seem to get past this error message and hence, can't install the license file. Any assistance is appreciated.
