Can't sign into OMSA 9.3

When I try to sign into OMSA 9.3, it says "Login failed...Internal Error".

Tried multiple browsers, same issue.

Tried rebooting.

Uninstall/reinstalled. 

Running ESXi 6.7 downloaded straight from Dell.

Just to confirm, is this OMSA 9.3 on both the client and the host? I had an ESXi install with OMSA 9. something deployed fairly recently that was working, but can't confirm that it was 9.3. I can deploy tomorrow though to see if we can replicate the sign in issue.

Have you checked the user guide to confirm that all the relevant ports are open?

Hello ,

Could you please provide few more details about the OMSA zip used and the server details.

Additionally please provide the ESXI 67 Version used

After how much time you are getting the error ?

Are both the client and server versions installed same which you are trying to access.
