Cant login into IT Assistant on Windows 2003 server

I just installed the 5.5 It assistant managed node /system . I needed it to set the users up on the remote access board.  For some reason I get a web login first (windows login) then I get the main page. I can never login.  I think I have tried everything.  Permissions on the directory to Odbc testing Rights on SQL etc.  Has anyone ran into this.  I have removed and reinstall manytime too.

Thanks for posting!  First, try the administrator account.  If that doesn't work, try https:\\127.0.0.1:2607 from a browser on the system with ITA installed.  If that works, watch the OMSA install video on http://support.dell.com/enterprise_videos and follow the instructions at the end for binding the IP address.

Thanks that worked.  The problem was the servers name had a under score in it.
